About

John P. Feltz, MD

“Women’s healthcare and pregnancy care have always interested me. It’s gratifying to work with women during
the most exciting and important times in their lives. I enjoy meeting new patients and remaining part of the
lives of current patients. My style of care is extremely patient-focused, where patient comfort and safety
always come first. My hope is to give patients the highest-quality affordable care and the knowledge that I
truly care about them as human beings. I want to earn their trust but, most importantly, to help them achieve
and maintain the best possible health throughout their lives.”

Dr. Feltz is very involved in New Jersey and national women’s health reform. He also participates in overseas
medical missions. In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife, friends, family and his Irish Setter.
He enjoys boating and carpentry.

Daniel P. Ferrante, DO, FACOG

“I was drawn to this field by the combination of a surgical specialty and obstetrics – with its
family-centered events. The opportunity to be part of every aspect of a woman’s healthcare, including the
births of her children, made this specialty very appealing. Patients remind me every day that I have become
an important part of their lives, and I interact with them as if they are friends with problems, giving them
my undivided attention every moment and addressing their issues – whether medical or emotional – as if they
were mine. It’s an honor being such an integral part of the most precious moments of my patients’ and friends’
lives. My hope is to give patients confidence in their care and the sense that no other physician could give
them any more. It gives me great satisfaction to impact their lives so positively and significantly.”

Personally, Dr. Ferrante takes a significant interest in cultures and languages (he speaks fluent Italian
and conversational Spanish), which always makes his days with patients more interesting. His involvement in
community clinics has been a career-long commitment from which he derives immense satisfaction.

Debra Brenin-Goldfischer, MD, FACOG

“I chose this field because OB/GYNs can offer both surgical care and primary care, forming long-term
relationships with patients and caring for them during life-changing events. I enjoy the satisfaction of
helping patients through happy occasions such as pregnancies as well as more difficult situations. My hope
is to give patients the knowledge and peace of mind that they are being well cared-for and the information
they need to understand their medical conditions and treatment options. I want patients to know that they
are being heard without feeling embarrassed or judged.”

Kimberlee K. Austin, MD, FACOG

“I really enjoy the variety of OB/GYN, seeing patients in the office, delivering babies, operating and,
most importantly, developing long-term relationships where I can be in integral part of helping them grow
older in good health. I am compassionate and well-organized, which allows me to see patients on time and
on schedule and give them excellent care.”

Dr. Austin is the mother of three boys and spends most of her free time trying to keep up with them.

Sara B. O’Reilly, DO, FACOG

“I enjoy OB/GYN because I can provide care to my patients throughout all stages of their lives, from
the teenage years through adulthood. Doctors and patients must work together in a unique partnership to
achieve the most comprehensive, effective and compassionate care. In each patient interaction, my hope
is that my patient will know that I truly care about and strive to achieve her goals of care. Utilizing
the most up-to-date medicine and our practice’s resources, we can work to achieve those goals. I always
put my patients first.”

In her free time, Dr. O’Reilly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They like to
travel and explore new places. They also enjoy time at the beach, skiing and other outdoor activities.

Joseph J. Wallis, DO, FACOG

“For many years I have respected the abilities of the members of Women’s Care Source. Since September
2014, I’ve had the pleasure of being a member of this excellent group. Our ability to give
individualized care to our obstetrical patients; making them feel safe and reassured is very rewarding
to me. I also am honored to continue to care for the many gynecological patients I have known for years.
I also continue to have a special interest in minimally invasive surgery and look forward to the future
with my patients.”

Tina Alessi, CNM

"The first time I stepped on to an obstetrical floor I knew I belonged there. I was an obstetrical nurse
for 14 years and then decided to become a midwife, and I’ve been practicing for 27 years now. I enjoy taking
care of women through all phases of their lives, from the teen years through to menopause. It is especially
touching to now have as patients the babies I helped to bring into the world years ago. I am so thankful to
all the women who have allowed me to care for them over the years."

Tina was welcomed into the Women’s Care Source in 2016 and has been a delightful addition.

Sharon Puchalski, NP
